OSHE Scholarships

OSHE offers scholarships that support Members in achieving their professional goals by supporting participation in education and training opportunities and attending OSHE Conferences.

OSHE Conference Attendee Scholarship:

The scholarship is open to members who wish to attend OSHE Spring or Fall Conference but are unable to fund all or part of attendance through their employer.

To be eligible to receive a scholarship, applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant is a Professional member of OSHE in good standing.
• Applicant must currently be employed directly by a healthcare facility.
• OSHE hereby stipulates that the attendee accepting this scholarship must make a good-faith effort to attend the sessions offered at either the Spring or Fall Conference.
• Failure to comply with either of the above conditions will result in an obligation to repay the scholarship money.

Scholarship Coverage: OSHE conference scholarships cover conference registration fees only. Scholarships do not cover travel, lodging/hotel, meals, parking, or other expenses associated with attending the conference. Applicants are responsible for all expenses beyond the conference registration fee.

There is no due date for scholarship applications.Scholarships are awarded to eligible members, as determined by the Scholarship Committee, on an ongoing basis each year.  Please submit your application to admin@oshe.us.
