Facilities Manager
Columbia Memorial Hospital

Columbia Memorial Hospital, located in the beautiful and historic Astoria, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the daily operations of maintenance services for the physical structure of the hospital and hospital-owned buildings. Our Facilities Manager is responsible working alongside our Facilities staff performing maintenance services in addition to management responsibilities. This position is overseas all maintenance services, safety and emergency preparedness activities and as the organization's Fire Marshal oversees our Fire and Life Safety Plan.

This position requires demonstrated knowledge of NFPA codes, HFAP accreditation standards, construction/remodeling, and safety rules and regulations. Supervisory or management experience is required along with experience working with a variety of facility systems including boilers, fuel steam, heating, air conditioning, and electrical as well as fire alarm and security systems.

This is a CMH leadership position that is responsible for delivering customer service which anticipates and exceeds expectations to ensures team members in the Facilities Department are creating a memorable and positive patient experience.

Fire/Life Safety Officer

OHSU is looking for a Fire/Life Safety Officer for the Department of Environmental Health & Safety on their Marquam Hill Campus, the largest OHSU location, located southwest of downtown Portland.

The Fire/Life Safety Officer will act as an advanced professional resource and provide EHS services under the direction of EHS leadership. This position works independently and acts as an advanced professional and program resource in a specialized and detailed capacity, providing guidance, review, training, and final determination/resolution in assigned areas of responsibility to determine conformity with federal and state regulations and OHSU policies. With a focus on Fire Safety and Life Safety Code requirements, emphasis will be placed on coordinating, evaluating and effectively managing health and life/safety programs within this scope.

Cedar Sinai Park is looking for a Director of Facilities for the beautiful 26-acre southwest Portland campus. The Cedar Sinai Park campus is an assisted living community, long term care, a post-acute rehab and more.

This position responsible for the maintenance and safety of a functional, pleasant environment for the residents and staff on campus, including all grounds and parking areas.

Responsible for overseeing and directing the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services. Works closely with contracted services and vendors related to the maintenance of the facility.
